Reporting directly to one of our Founders, who is serving as Head of Product &amp; Operations Enablement, this role will lead the systems, tools, training, and installer support that ensure Elephant Energy’s offering is delivered consistently and effectively across markets. You will also manage a team of five people.</p><p>The Director of Operations Enablement will oversee and integrate four interconnected functions, aligned to the customer journey:</p><ul><li><strong>Customer Success &amp; Experience</strong> – Owning the post-sale customer journey, ensuring every customer feels supported, educated, and valued. This includes developing proactive maintenance and service strategies that keep systems reliable and customers engaged long after installation.</li><li><strong>Delivery Enablement</strong> – Developing and maintaining playbooks, SOPs, templates, and training that empower market teams to deliver consistently and at scale. This also incorporates sales enablement resources in partnership with Marketing and Product Marketing—ensuring sales teams are equipped with the right tools, messaging, and hand-offs into delivery.</li><li><strong>Installer Partnerships</strong> – Equipping and elevating internal crews and external trade partners through onboarding, QA, and ongoing performance support.</li><li><strong>Solution Engineering</strong> – Bridging product vision and field execution, ensuring systems are technically sound, scalable, and installable in the real world, while also designing long-term serviceability into solutions.</li></ul><p>This is a pillar leadership role within Product &amp; Align):</strong></p><ul><li>Identify root causes vs. symptoms in redesigns, missed SOW items, and partner quality issues.</li><li>Work collaboratively to establish clear role boundaries between PM, PMM, and Solution Engineering.</li><li>Prioritize enablement streams: technical training for installers,process documentation for PMs, and sales activation tools and training in partnership with Product Marketing.</li><li>Build a central KMS hub for PM resources, FAQs, and guides.</li></ul><p><strong>Within 6 months (Build &amp;
