The Solutions Engineering team coordinates engineering with business teams and customers to align project scoping, delivery, and execution. The team will be on the ground, to support the technical needs and functional requirements of our customers, and work with teams across Hayden AI to build solutions for real problems.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul style=""><li>Work with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and implement technical projects with engineering.</li><li>Communicate technical information in a clear and meaningful way to customers.</li><li>Respond to and lead technical investigations in the field.</li><li>Assess the application of new use cases for new and existing customers.</li><li>Effectively communicate project status and progress through concise, articulate engineering and executive reports and presentations, catering to both client and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Lead field projects and the execution of client programs.</li><li>Monitor and review product performance data to detect anomalies before they affect customers.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul style=""><li>B.S. in an engineering discipline or equivalent.</li><li>8+ years experience in integrated hardware/software Solutions engineering, Application engineering, or similar roles.</li><li>Experience leading the overall project efforts of at least 5 new products in production.</li><li>Strong technical background in connected cloud connected device software, edge computing, data as a product, machine learning, and fleet management.</li><li>Experience working closely with multidisciplinary technical teams to drive customer solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of tools and techniques for managing complex project development through its entire lifecycle.</li><li>Experience leading technical teams across multiple locations in the field.</li><li>Experience with the public transportation domain is a plus.</li><li>Experience delivering innovative technologies to government agencies is a plus.</li></ul>
