You will guide execution of product development work that spans the lifecycle of distributed solar from customer acquisition to system design, financing, permitting, and installation. This role is a true hands on position, requiring not only leadership and mentorship but also active hands on contribution including writing code alongside the team when needed.</li><li>Experience working closely with Engineering, Product, and Design partners to align priorities, streamline execution, and deliver customer focused solutions.</li><li>Strong communication skills across time zones and cultures, with a track record of collaboration in fast paced product development environments.</li><li>A data driven mindset, using operational and product insights to guide team decisions and improve delivery.</li><li>Experience in at least one of the following interpreted languages: Python, Ruby, Perl, PHP, etc.</li><li>Experience in at least one statically typed/strongly typed/compiled language: Java, C, C++, etc.</li><li>Must be currently living in Warsaw, Poland or within commuting distance to an office within Warsaw.
