We're launching our service quickly across the world, and you will be responsible for making sure our app is beautiful, easy-to-use, and can scale to millions of happy users. And the best part? You get an opportunity to work with a talented group of engineers, data scientists, designers and PMs who are passionate about creating innovative solutions for urban transportation!What you will do:<ul style=""><li>Identify, define, and solve strategically essential technical problems, including architecting and building highly scalable foundational platforms, leading new product initiatives, and revamping core application experiences.</li><li>Scrutinize and reason clearly about the technology and architecture choices we make. In many cases, you will be the decider of these decisions.</li><li>Lead the cross-functional collaboration with PMs, Engineers, Design, Data Scientists, Research, and Operations teams.</li><li>Mentor new hires and junior engineers on the team. Identify and develop future leaders.</li><li>Advise Lime’s leadership team on key technology adoption and process improvements.</li><li>Contribute to shaping overall engineering culture at the company.</li></ul>About you:<ul style=""><li>2+ years of industry professional software development experience, and a track record of building impactful products or systems.</li><li>Strong background and proven leadership in mobile development.</li><li>Dynamic, driven and hands-on, yet capable to multitask across functions.</li><li>Experience with mobile testing frameworks and services.</li><li>Passionate.
