In many cases, you will be the decider of these decisions.</li><li>Lead the cross-functional collaboration with PMs, Engineers, Design, Data Scientists, Research, and Operations teams.</li><li>Mentor new hires and junior engineers on the team. Identify and develop future leaders.</li><li>Advise Lime’s leadership team on key technology adoption and process improvements.</li><li>Contribute to shaping overall engineering culture at the company.</li></ul>About you:<ul style=""><li>2+ years of industry professional software development experience, and a track record of building impactful products or systems.</li><li>Strong background and proven leadership in mobile development.</li><li>Dynamic, driven and hands-on, yet capable to multitask across functions.</li><li>Experience with mobile testing frameworks and services.</li><li>Passionate.
