Reporting to the Benefits Manager (EMEA &amp; APAC), you have the opportunity to deliver and develop of Lime’s employee benefits proposition in 25+ countries across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions.As the lead in the practical delivery and communication with our employees in some of the most important markets at Lime, the successful applicant will ensure effective administrative controls are maintained and deadlines met in tandem with our global payroll teams.Lime is at an exciting inflection point as we scale rapidly toward our next stage of growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as we build the foundation for long-term success.What you’ll do:<ul style=""><li>Manage all ‘Business as Usual’ aspects of Lime's benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement plans, tax-efficient schemes, expense allowances, life insurance, disability, leave policies, wellness programs).</li><li>Manage external suppliers to ensure service level agreements are met, accurate reporting is provided in accordance with agreed deadlines and credits/debits to Lime are recorded accurately.</li><li>Collaborate with People Operations, Payroll, Business Partner and Talent Management teams to ‘Raise the Bar’ and where possible improve internal processes and procedures.</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit-related inquiries via our Zendesk ticketing system.</li><li>Provide input to help design and improve our communications materials, ensuring they remain; accurate, clear and engaging. Where required, produce communication materials for benefits education, ensuring employees understand and maximise their benefits.</li><li>Ensure data handling complies with local domestic and international regulations (e.g. GDPR in the EU and UK).</li><li>Assist in regular audits of benefits data for accuracy and compliance.</li></ul>About you:<ul style=""><li>2–5 years’ experience in Benefits Administration, Total Rewards, or related HR roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP etc.).</li><li>Deep understanding of applicable employment laws and benefits regulations.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong English speaking and reading ability.</li><li>Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.</li><li>Experience contributing towards insurance renewal processes, vendor negotiations and Request for Proposal (RFP) exercises.</li><li>Relevant professional certifications and qualifications are welcome but not mandatory.</li><li>A positive attitude to learning and professional development in the role.</li></ul>#LI-Remote If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
