The ideal candidate will thrive in this evolution, making a significant impact on our business.What you’ll do:<ul style=""><li>Design, build, and implement scalable business processes from scratch for the Sourcing team, operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Create and own comprehensive process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to ensure consistency and clarity for the team.</li><li>Leverage data to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions that drive continuous process improvements.</li><li>Manage a portfolio of operational projects from ideation to successful adoption, ensuring they align with the team's strategic goals.</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to deeply understand business needs and build alignment on process changes.</li><li>Research, evaluate, and assist in the deployment of technology solutions to streamline sourcing operations and enhance the team's efficiency.</li></ul>About you:<ul style=""><li>5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or a related field.</li><li>Extensive experience in developing and owning process documentation, including SOPs and process maps.</li><li>Proven track record of scaling products, or processes in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools(Jira, Confluence preferred) and business intelligence platforms(Tableau preferred).</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul style=""><li>Experience in the technology or supply chain sectors.</li><li>Prior experience in a high-growth, start-up environment.</li><li>Experience with Sourcing or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.</li><li>Experience working with global stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.</li></ul>#LI-REMOTE#LI-HS1If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
