You build as you deliver.</p></li><li><p><strong>Drive visibility where it matters:</strong> A steady flow of relevant stories in local and trade media across markets - pitching and writing yourself when needed.</p></li><li><p><strong>Build the team:</strong> Recruit, develop, and lead an international communications team. Use agencies wisely and demand quality.</p></li><li><p><strong>Own crises and quality:</strong> Ensure readiness, train spokespeople, and secure clear messaging across PR, public affairs, and marketing.</p></li><li><p><strong>Deliver at pace:</strong> Clear KPIs, realistic plans, and consistent execution in a high-speed scale-up environment.</p></li></ul><h3><strong><br></strong></h3><h3><strong>Who you are</strong></h3><p>You’re someone who sets direction and makes things happen. Scale-up experience or mindset is highly valued.</p></li><li><p>Experience leading people and building functions/organizations. <p>Nofence is the world&rsquo;s first commercially available virtual fencing solution for livestock. Our grazing technology eliminates the need for physical fences and enables farmers to flexibly manage their pastures and herds from their smartphones by using our app.</p>
<p>Farmers can optimise their grazing management whilst reducing the time and cost. Animals can be utilised in new areas and to perform new services, bringing a plethora of benefits from biodiversity to fire control, all whilst producing meat and fibre.
