<ol><li>Procurement Management:<ul><li>Place orders efficiently using IProcurement and XMR (Oracle) systems.</li><li>Handle capital order requisitions with precision and attention to detail.</li></ul></li><li>Workflow Coordination:<ul><li>Send out workflow emails within the plant to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul></li><li>Material Management:<ul><li>Coordinate pickup of materials as necessary.</li><li>Eventually tag inventory items and organize them in designated locations.</li><li>Manage future inventory by making items inventory-ready and issuing oils/parts as required.</li><li>Issue fuel/oil from PM services.</li></ul></li><li>Administrative Tasks:<ul><li>Open monthly purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Organize and file printer forms separately for various departments.</li><li>Create and manage work orders, ensuring completion upon job fulfillment.</li><li>Make necessary adjustments to purchase orders as per requirements.</li></ul></li><li>Reporting and Analysis:<ul><li>Generate and review Open PO reports twice a week to monitor order status.</li><li>Record daily fuel sheet dips and water usage, reporting to relevant authorities.</li><li>Perform fuel and oil balance reconciliation and submit necessary forms by month-end.</li></ul></li><li>Cost Management:<ul><li>Verify packing slip costs against MSR costs and adjust when necessary.</li></ul></li><li>Time and Resource Management:<ul><li>Manage mechanic time entries accurately.</li><li>Update hour meters regularly to ensure accurate equipment data.</li><li>Run Fuel Master operations efficiently.</li><li>Close work orders promptly upon completion.</li></ul></li><li>Compliance and Quality Assurance:<ul><li>Handle submission of SOS samples.</li><li>Enter downtime data for equipment maintenance.</li><li>Predictive maintenance (PM) planning for month.</li></ul></li><li>Meeting Participation:<ul><li>Attend planning meetings to contribute insights and updates.</li></ul></li><li>Regulatory Compliance:<ul><li>Manage HWA “RoadMap” items.</li></ul></li></ol>3rd Party vendor/liaison<ul><li>Regular contact with our 3rd Party vendors to ensure satisfactory performance on a day-to-day basis.</li><li>Routine follow-up to be sure that timely turnaround of parts is in-line with the needs of the business.</li><li>Develop KPI’s to evaluate our 3rd Party vendors.</li><li>Quarterly meetings to discuss their performance against the KPI’s.</li><li>Assign corrective actions to correct deficiencies.</li><li>Work with procurement on new vendor set-ups with the objective of successful “onboarding” of any new support.</li><li>Ensure safety and administrative compliance of vendors who are on-site working.</li></ul>
