Please indicate in the notes section if you are planning to or in the process of relocating to the work location.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2>The <strong>CADD Operator/Drafter</strong> performs routine CADD assignments for the preparation of engineering drawings using AutoDesk and Bentley products.  <em>Please note that the duties below may vary based on the changing needs of the company. </em><em> </em>·       Performs routine and complex drafting assignments, not limited to: ·       Conceptual Maps and Site Plans·       Geophysical Data Presentation·       Environmental Data Presentation·       Profiles, Cross Sections, Schematics, and Simple Process Diagrams·       Prepares GPS for locating and staking boring/test pit locations and performs post-processing of accumulated GPS data.·       Follow all safety rules, guidelines, and standards including active participation in pre-task planning and reporting of safety issues or concerns to management·       Maintains library of past drawings·       Maintains library of reference drawings·       Performs other duties as requested, including but not limited to, assisting with field data collection; locating and staking boring/test pit locations; perform sampling and testing on construction materials; and observing and documenting field activities. <h2>Qualifications</h2><p>#LI-RC1</p><ul> <li><strong>Proficiency in CAD software:</strong> Solid understanding of AutoCAD is crucial.  </li> <li><strong>Technical Drawing Skills:</strong> Ability to interpret and create detailed technical drawings with precision and accuracy.  </li> <li><strong>Knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering:</strong> Familiarity with geotechnical concepts, terminology, and construction practices is beneficial.  </li> <li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.  </li> <li><strong>Problem-Solving Skills:</strong> Ability to identify and resolve issues in drawings and design specifications.  </li> <li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Effective communication with engineers and other team members. </li></ul><h2>Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment</h2><p>#LI-RC1</p><h2>EEO Statement</h2><p><strong>UES is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is proud to recruit the most qualified candidates.
