Ensure consistency and application of best practices regionally in program administration.</li><li>Implement process enhancements and changes as required by CoEs and other sources to enhance employee experience.</li><li>Manage knowledge &amp; content associated with HR processes. Also develop Knowledge base articles (KBAs) for the MyHR portal.</li><li>Work collaboratively within and across process teams (process owners) to develop and manage a specifically designed employee experience associated with a given process. Update HR case management tickets with resolutions.</li><li>Ensure CoEs and HR leadership receives feedback as to the application of HR processes and suggested enhancements or improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with Employee Services to ensure local application of process changes and/or escalation of HR tickets which must be resolved locally.
