The location for this role is in Vaasa, Finland. In this role you will be accountable for obtaining goods and services required by the project including direct operations. The procurement processes include, for example, product and service sourcing, supplier selection, terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration and supplier performance management. Your role can also include some strategic sourcing activities. Depending on your background, we will provide training and support to help you grow and develop into this role. How you'll make an impact<ul><li>Identify new suppliers in cooperation with a relevant team. Qualify new suppliers in cooperation with Engineering, Tendering, Project management and Supplier Quality specialists.</li><li>Negotiate offers and agreements with suppliers, and periodically renew pricelists, terms, and conditions.</li><li>Cascade the project contractual requirement to the supplier order and/or contracts.</li><li>Support bid and proposal teams by providing commercial offers as per tender needs.</li><li>Responsible for identifying and reporting tender costs of improvement and cost reduction activities.</li><li>Oversee supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolve performance issues.</li><li>Conduct all SCM (Supply Chain Management) activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensure global supplier relationship management tool is kept updated.</li><li>Oversee and coordinate purchasing activities for Finland local unit with our Common Shared Services (CSS) team in Tallinn.</li></ul>Your background <ul><li>Proven work experience in procurement since 5 years.
