This role will be responsible for building strategically and scalable treasury processes, managing banking and lender relationships, and ensuring optimal liquidity to execute the company’s growth plans.  Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintains daily cash reporting, consolidated cash flow forecasting, and liquidity analysis to ensure proactive funding decisions.</li><li>Monitors and optimizes the cash conversion cycle in partnership with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Procurement.</li><li>Oversees cash disbursements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls.</li><li>Oversees short-term investment strategies for surplus cash in accordance with company policy.</li><li>Manages banking and credit facility relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring competitive structures.</li><li>Centralizes and streamlines banking platforms and payment solutions, including evaluation and implementation of treasury management systems, as needed.</li><li>Supports financing activities, including leasing arrangements, and working capital facilities.</li><li>Ensures compliance with debt covenants and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual lender reporting packages.</li><li>Develop and implement improvements to Treasury processes around cash reporting and subsidiary and consolidated cash flow forecasts and models.</li><li>Ensure compliance with treasury policies covering cash, investments, debt, and risk management.</li><li>Identifies and mitigates financial risks, including foreign currency, interest rate, and counterparty exposures.</li><li>Partners with FP&amp;A and Operations to support budgeting, capital planning, and large project funding needs.
