Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and Audit Compliance. Establish, implement, and maintain an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health &amp; Safety).</li><li> Manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) for Process Deviations. Lead structured investigations (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys) for non-conformances, process deviations, and customer complaints.</li><li> Lead Quality-Driven Continuous Improvement Initiatives. Partner with the PMO to drive quality-focused improvement projects aligned with business goals.</li><li>Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration and a Culture of Quality</li><li>Ensure meet HSE standards and audit requirements and pormote safety culture</li><li>HSE Talent Management and Compliance Oversight</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li> A bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required.</li><li>5 years of quality &amp; HSE experience in chemical or material manufacturing, including 3 years in a supervisory role.</li><li>Must hold a Green Belt certification; Six Sigma Black Belt or National Quality Manager certification is highly desirable.</li><li>Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across teams and apply a structured approach to root cause analysis.</li><li>Experience in conducting quality-related training sessions or workshops.  </li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
