The Vehicle Program team is responsible for driving cross-functional activities to ensure that this groundbreaking vehicle is delivered on-time, to budget and to a very high quality standard. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">In this role, you will report to the Director of Vehicle Program Management and lead program management activities for the delivery of our future L3 vehicle program at Zoox.</span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li>Lead cross-functional collaboration with Vehicle Development and teams across Zoox to plan and deliver vehicle program</li><li>Define program milestones, aligning deliverables and success criteria across all stakeholders</li><li>Build and maintain an achievable, data-driven program schedule with input from core team members</li><li>Track progress through regular checkpoints and adjust plans to keep the program on track</li><li>Drive issue resolution by providing solutions, implementing mitigations, and escalating when needed</li><li>Ensure teams are resourced effectively to meet program goals</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience</li><li>8+ years of experience delivering fully integrated hardware products that combine firmware and software within the automotive industry.</li><li>5+ years of program management experience, leading complex, cross-functional projects to successful outcomes.</li><li>Experience in vehicle development at all stages; product ideation, design, release, prototyping, validation, launch and production</li><li>Proficient in tools required to manage complex projects (i.e. Gantt charts)</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven track-record in managing complex cross-functional projects</li><li>Proficiency using JIRA to capture and track engineering development tasks</li><li>Experience in a highly dynamic start-up environment</li></ul><br>
