What you'll be doing:<ul><li>Lead and refine market segmentation across key customer groups (e.g., municipalities, project developers, investors) </li><li>Develop persona-specific messaging frameworks tailored to decision-makers and influencers</li><li>Map and optimize buyer journeys; identify and address conversion barriers at each sales funnel stage</li><li>Integrate segmentation insights into sales playbooks and ensure team alignment</li><li>Analyze acquisition and engagement channel performance, focusing on conversion rates by segment and funnel stage</li><li>Coordinate and align marketing campaigns and events with cross-functional teams (e.g., MarComms, Sales)</li><li>Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize channel spend and marketing efficiency</li><li>Conduct structured market mapping to prioritize sales pipeline opportunities using external databases and market data</li><li>Perform competitive analysis and monitor industry trends, including funding models and go-to-market strategies</li><li>Collaborate with Product and Research teams to translate market intelligence into actionable insights</li><li>Evaluate and refine sales strategies based on market feedback; maintain and evolve sales playbooks</li><li>Ensure consistent and accurate sales reporting in line with KPIs and CRM standards</li><li>Prepare strategic reports for sales leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and market opportunities</li></ul> What you bring:<ul><li>Extensive experience in strategic sales, business development, or go-to-market strategy, ideally in B2B environments within real estate, construction, or technology</li><li>Business-fluent German and English are mandatory (written and spoken) to operate effectively in national and international contexts</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proven track record in segmentation, messaging, and channel performance optimization</li><li>Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present them convincingly to senior leadership</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM systems and reporting tools; disciplined in adhering to reporting standards.</li><li>Confident and collaborative working style, able to influence without formal authority in cross-functional teams</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance between strategic thinking and operational execution</li></ul> What We Offer:<ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days.  </li><li>Flexible, hybrid work: You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you.
