This role is directly accountable for meeting production schedules, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement to align actual output with demand requirements across NPI and Production Builds. Key Responsibilities Production Execution &amp; Accountability <ul><li>Meet daily/weekly production plan targets and track actual performance against plan. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure production output meets demand schedules, both in volume and timing. </li></ul><ul><li>Take ownership of first-pass yield, scrap, and rework rates to maintain quality performance. </li></ul>Quality &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify product quality against specifications. </li></ul><ul><li> Escalate and help resolve quality issues, driving corrective and preventive actions. </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards. </li></ul>Engineering &amp; Process Support <ul><li>Provide structured feedback to engineering teams on design, assembly methods, and process performance. </li></ul><ul><li> Support NPIs, pilot builds, and process validation activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Assist in executing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and updating documentation as processes evolve. </li></ul><ul><li>Collect and analyze production data to support root cause investigations. </li></ul>Continuous Improvement <ul><li>Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies impacting plan vs. actual performance. </li></ul><ul><li>Recommend and implement improvements to processes, tooling, and methods. </li></ul><ul><li>Participate in Lean/5S initiatives and help standardize best practices across operations. </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Associate degree or technical certification in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (or equivalent experience). </li></ul><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to engineering or process development. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to track, report, and act on production metrics (plan vs. actual, yield, throughput). </li></ul><ul><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude. </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with ERP/MES systems for scheduling and reporting. </li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. </li></ul>Key Competencies <ul><li>Results-oriented with accountability for meeting demand and quality expectations. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong communicator who can bridge production and engineering functions. </li></ul><ul><li>Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive improvements. </li></ul>The hourly rate for this role starts at $35, with actual pay varying based on work location, experience, and skills.
