Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection.</p><p>Your Role:</p><p>o Manage, motivate &amp; lead team of validation engineers who are responsible for testing &amp; releasing hardware/software components related to ADAS/AD parking &amp; viewing functions such as Parking Assist, Automated Parking, Remote Controlled Parking, Driver Monitoring Systems, Surround View Camera Display, Blind Spot Camera Display etc.</p><p>o Develop, plan, execute test &amp; validation plans with team of validation engineers for confirming functional &amp; performance requirements, data analysis and feature validation tests while ensuring traceability requirements</p><p>o Facilitate and align related cross-functional technical teams such as Infotainment, functional safety, powertrain, cybersecurity, homologation, and ADAS/AD system &amp; software development teams, feature owners and program managers</p><p>o Work closely with Tier 1 suppliers, lead and support statement of work, contracts; provide execution oversight</p><p>o Evaluate industry standard testing tools, evaluate inhouse developed tools as well as develop necessary scripts and methods to establish testing toolchain.
