You will collaborate closely with key hiring leaders to build strong, high-performing cross-functional teams. This position requires a strong tactical executor with exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven track record of successfully making key hires in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Partner with hiring managers across all engineering teams to understand hiring needs, business goals, and team dynamics.</li><li>Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies to source and attract top technical talent.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
