That’s where you come in.<h2>What you’ll be doing</h2>As our Head of Marketing, you will continue to build the function and own it end-to-end. You will create a marketing engine that stands out in a complex, high-value, and fast-emerging category. You will balance strategy with hands-on execution across demand gen, content, product marketing, and brand. And everything you do will be rooted in deep customer understanding – high-touch, thoughtful, and built to earn trust.Your day-to-day will look like:<ul><li>Set the vision, develop, and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with company objectives: product marketing, content, and high-performing demand generation</li><li>Create and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with overall company objectives, targeted at increasing market penetration and customer acquisition</li><li>Lead and iterate on Cloverly’s positioning, messaging, and narrative in a complex and emerging market</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive GTM alignment and pipeline growth</li><li>Managing a team while being highly hands-on—writing, shipping, iterating</li><li>Overseeing and optimizing the full funnel through multiple channels</li><li>Building Cloverly’s thought leadership presence across key industry channels and events</li><li>Measuring and reporting on performance metrics to ensure GTM efforts are aligned and effective</li></ul><h2>What you’ll bring</h2>You’re scrappy and resourceful, able to roll up your sleeves and make things happen without a big team or budget. You move quickly, make smart decisions with limited information, and thrive in fast-changing environments.
