These accounts can be bus operators, OEM’s or Commercial fleets. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful usage of the important features of software solutions purchased by the customer and act as a customer advocate after implementation. Products would be our Charger Management System, Energy Management, Telematics application, and Fleet Operations functionality. By maintaining regular contact moments with your customers, partners as well as colleagues, you build a structural trusted relationship. Within this relationship you will be tasked with mitigating risks, resolving issues before they negatively impact the customer or ChargePoint.</p><p>In your role you have a full 360 view of your assigned customers, their products and features in use as well as their future requirements.</p><p> </p><h3><strong>What You Will Bring to ChargePoint</strong></h3><ul><li>Account/Service Management skills</li><li>Working knowledge of Saas applications, API’s</li><li>Deep understanding Charging infrastructure</li><li>In dept knowledge of OCPP protocol</li><li>Knowledge of all standard office applications</li><li>Strong project manager skills</li><li>Presentation skills</li><li>Strong Negotiation skills</li></ul><p> </p><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience with customer service management</li><li>Technical background with sales affinity</li><li>Knowledge of SAAS applications, Telematics</li><li>Affinity with energy transition</li><li>German and/or French required.
