These accounts can be bus operators, OEM’s or Commercial fleets. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful usage of the important features of software solutions purchased by the customer and act as a customer advocate after implementation. Products would be our Charger Management System, Energy Management, Telematics application, and Fleet Operations functionality. By maintaining regular contact moments with your customers, partners as well as colleagues, you build a structural trusted relationship.
