Green Power Energy is seeking a seasoned Director of Solar Operations to lead our solar installation and service teams. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our solar projects, ensuring successful execution, timely completion, and adherence to quality standards. The Director will work closely with other departments including sales, engineering, and project management, to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency, all while promoting a culture of safety and customer satisfaction. This position will run the entire Connecticut office and report directly to the Board of Directors.The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in solar energy operations, a strong leadership background, and a passion for renewable energy.
