You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable processes, building and managing a high-performance team, performing the same work alongside the team and ensuring products move in and out efficiently and accurately.<h2>Responsibilities:</h2><ul style=""><li>Develop and document shipping, receiving, and inventory management procedures</li><li>Lead the setup and organization of the inventory cage, storage system, and material handling workflows</li><li>Hire, train, and manage a logistics and inventory team</li><li>Leverage inventory management systems and technology to enhance inventory tracking and reporting</li><li>Oversee and/or conduct daily inventory transactions, including receiving, put-away, kitting, cycle counts and adjustments</li><li>Maintain real-time, accurate counts through cycle counts and inventory audits. Analyze data to identify and address discrepancies, trends, and optimization opportunities</li><li>Establish relationships with carriers and freight partners to ensure cost-effective and timely shipments</li><li>Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and carrier relationships</li><li>Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations, packaging requirements, and safety protocols</li><li>Assist with the integration of our Manufacturing Execution System to help streamline our current supply chain processes</li></ul><h2>Qualifications:</h2><ul style=""><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related equivalent experience in this field</li><li>8+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations</li><li>Experience leading, motivating, and developing a high performing team</li><li>Hands-on experience setting up shipping and receiving operations, including physical layout and system workflows</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics best practices</li><li>Excellent communication skills, organization, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience with implementing warehouse management systems and utilizing barcode scanning tools</li><li>Comfortable operating in an evolving, ambiguous, and cross-functional startup environment</li></ul><h2>Preferred but not required:</h2><ul style=""><li>Experience with Coupa</li><li>Experience in a startup environment</li><li>Experience working in aerospace, automotive, fusion or energy industries</li></ul><h2>Benefits:</h2><ul style=""><li>Industry-competitive salary</li><li>Equity plan</li><li>6% employer 401k matching</li><li>Generous paid time off (including sick leave, vacation, paid family leave)</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance</li></ul>Actual base salary offered will be determined by: experience, skills, and work location.
