In this role, you will report to the Controller and play a key part in preparing SEC filings. You will also provide support on technical accounting matters and complex transactions. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and driven, with a strong work ethic, a passion for tackling new challenges, and who can help streamline and improve our processes as we grow and scale.This is a highly visible position within the business that will give you hands-on experience across the organization.Responsibilities<ul style=""><li>Prepare SEC reporting documents (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), press releases and investor presentations.</li><li>Prepare footnote support schedules, tie-out support for SEC filings and disclosure checklists.</li><li>Assist in the management of our SEC reporting documents using our Workiva filing platform.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Company’s external auditors, PwC, in support of quarterly reviews and annual audit</li><li>Assist with the research of technical accounting and disclosure topics and prepare internal memorandums. These include support around ASC606, ACS842, ASC805, ASC718, ASC360, and other material transactions undertaken by the Company</li><li>Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with SEC regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with our Investor Relations team in supporting the earnings release process.</li><li>Assist in maintaining and continuously improving processes and controls over financial reporting.</li><li>Assist in updating and maintaining our global accounting policies.</li><li>Participate and prepare materials for monthly/quarterly financial close review meetings to ensure appropriate accounting of transactions and accurate external reporting.</li><li>Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul style=""><li>Master's degree in Accounting from an accredited university</li><li>CPA and Big 4 public accounting experience</li><li>5+ years' accounting experience, with SEC reporting experience at a public company preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements</li><li>Experience with ASC606 and ASC805</li><li>Manufacturing and/or software industry experience preferred</li><li>Ability to work closely with management</li><li>Commitment to all reporting and audit deadlines</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills, project management experience to include management of large-scale/global initiatives.</li></ul>
