As the Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in upskilling &amp; expanding the current BDR/SDR team and establishing a strong foundation for demand generation, ensuring our go-to-market efforts align with ambitious revenue targets. Your challenge Team Leadership &amp; Growth<ul><li>Lead, coach, and inspire an international team of 3 ambitious BDRs to exceed pipeline generation targets.</li><li>Create an empowering environment that fosters individual growth, accountability, and team success.</li><li>Act as a hiring manager for future team expansion, taking ownership of scaling the team in 2026 based on business needs.</li></ul>Strategic Pipeline Development<ul><li>Design and implement innovative pipeline generation strategies, closely collaborating with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams.</li><li>Identify and act on market trends, ICP insights, and campaign performance to continuously optimize outreach approaches.</li><li>Own quarterly planning and reporting for BDR pipeline goals.</li></ul>Direct Pipeline Contribution<ul><li>Lead by example by personally generating pipeline for one of our products.</li><li>Balance leadership duties with individual contributor responsibilities, acting as both a strategist and an active frontline BDR.</li><li>Serve as a role model for best practices in prospecting, messaging, and experimenting, demonstrating the standards expected from the team.</li></ul>Coaching &amp; Enablement<ul><li>Build and execute development plans for team members through regular training, shadowing, feedback sessions, and skill-building.</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous learning and curiosity by keeping the team informed of the latest outreach techniques, tools, and industry knowledge.</li><li>Track performance against KPIs, providing guidance and recognition to improve and celebrate individual and team success.</li></ul>Tool Stack Management<ul><li>Take ownership of the BDR team’s sales engagement and CRM tools / workflows (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist etc.).</li><li>Assess and improve tool usage, workflows, and integrations to enhance team productivity.</li><li>Collaborate with RevOps and IT to evaluate, implement, or sunset tools in alignment with GTM needs.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in enterprise B2B, with preferably 1 year in a leadership or team lead role.</li><li>Demonstrated success in generating pipeline as an IC.</li><li>Strong background in launching outbound programs, multichannel prospecting, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) alignment.</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Pre-Sales to ensure pipeline quality and conversion.</li><li>Skilled at motivating and coaching teams, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.</li><li>Proficient in managing and optimizing sales tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for using data to guide decision-making and team performance.</li><li>Excellent communicator with fluency in English; experience in diverse, multicultural environments is a strong plus.</li></ul> Your Benefits <ul><li>The opportunity to create a product that can improve business processes and lives across the globe;</li><li>Flexible working hours and hybrid work model - we trust our employees to get their work done while maintaining a healthy work-life balance;</li><li>We empower employees to drive their own career development, take initiative and have the freedom to be creative and bold;</li><li>Not an overtime culture - we take care that overtime is done only as a necessity and always offset with time off and rest;</li><li>Variety of team building opportunities - from jogging groups, team sports, bouldering and picnics;</li><li>A collaborative and learning environment - frequent internal workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, journal clubs and hackathons;</li><li>Office located in the centre of Berlin Kreuzberg with free fruit, nuts and drinks;</li><li>Potential to participate in the employee stock option program;</li><li>Urban Sports membership and BVG subsidy, corporate pension program;</li><li>A diverse and vibrant international environment of 30+ different nationalities.</li></ul>
