Your mission <ul><li>Assist in creating and updating delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and coordinating follow-up deliveries.</li><li>Monitor project-related risks and help ensure timely follow-up on identified issues.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of reports for various stakeholders.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of new project management processes.</li><li>Prepare evaluations and analyses and help track deadlines and planned milestones.</li><li>Assist with the preparation of presentations for management and project boards.</li><li>Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.</li><li>Record and track lessons learned measures.</li><li>Help organize and prepare regular global project meetings (Jour Fixe) with project managers.</li><li>Provide assistance to project managers with project approvals and board presentations.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Enrolled student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.</li><li>First practical experience in project management is an advantage.</li><li>Very good command of English and German (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>An analytical and structured way of working with attention to detail.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.</li><li>Team player with flexibility to work in an international environment.</li></ul> Why us? <ul><li>A motivated team with flat hierarchies, an open communication culture and short decision-making paths</li><li>Work in a secure, established business with great long-term career prospects.
