What You’ll Be Doing<ul><li>Help document People processes and internal policies in Notion</li><li>Maintain employee records in our HR systems (like BambooHR and Deel)</li><li>Create and maintain a People Ops calendar of key events (onboarding, APV, bonus cycles, etc.)</li><li>Support compliance checks and mini-audits on pensions, allowances, DSB Gross Salary, etc.</li><li>Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and internal HR comms</li><li>Help prepare reports and support monthly People KPIs and dashboards</li></ul> What We’re Looking For<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in progress (HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or a related field)</li><li>Someone structured, detail-oriented, and curious about how HR works behind the scenes</li><li>A proactive mindset — you love organizing, documenting, and improving things</li><li>Great written communication skills and fluency in English</li><li>Comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets</li></ul> Bonus Points If You…<ul><li>Know a bit about Danish labor law, HR systems, or employment processes</li><li>Have experience with project or process documentation</li><li>Enjoy using tools like BambooHR, Deel, or Notion</li><li>Are interested in green tech, people-first companies, or culture building</li></ul> What This Internship Could Lead To<ul><li>Helping us build stronger processes and systems as we scale</li><li>Leading your own documentation or process improvement projects</li><li>Supporting with internal initiatives around engagement, onboarding, and wellbeing</li></ul> This internship is based in Copenhagen, and since we work in an international environment, fluency in English is required.
