It also produces 100% renewable energy through solar plants and storage systems, ensuring a clean supply for businesses, industries, and electric vehicle drivers. We are looking for a Project Manager in Paris to lead the team of project engineers in France in our e-mobility and self consumption projects. Responsibilities and duties <ul><li>Lead the team in implementing the strategy for permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.</li><li>Evaluate capital and operating expenses for fast charging stations. </li><li>Coordinate with the business development team in the initial phase, supporting negotiations and performing technical analyses. Coordinate with engineering and installation partners (EPC) on all aspects of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and self-consumption projects, including the following tasks:</li><li>Oversee and review technical documentation to support the decision on the feasibility of the location and project.</li><li>Advise the business development department on potential technical limitations or issues in the construction and operation phases, and choose the best technological solution for project proposals.</li><li>Lead the procurement of chargers from a variety of suppliers, both domestic and international.</li><li>Communicate with utilities and relevant authorities on permitting and other regulatory compliance issues.</li><li>Create and distribute requests for proposals to potential EPC subcontractors for large operations, establish evaluation metrics, and support the selection of the winning proposal.</li><li>Oversee all interactions with ENEDIS regarding the connection of charging stations.</li><li>Oversee all subcontracted engineering/procurement, construction, and commissioning activities (project drafting, permits, supply, connection of construction to the grid, site visits).</li><li>Coordinate installation teams and oversee authorization procedures.</li><li>Oversee the team in the commissioning of electric vehicle charging stations and self-consumption projects.</li><li>Initiate and negotiate operation and maintenance contracts and support this activity during the asset operation phase.</li></ul> For self-consumption projects, also: <ul><li>Ensure compliance with electrical and safety regulations.</li><li>Define and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans.</li><li>Monitor production and performance, proposing improvements.</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers, optimizing costs and quality.</li></ul> Skills and Qualifications <ul><li>University degree qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering fields (Industrial Engineer)</li><li>6+ years experience in project management of urban electrical installations (LV, MV).</li><li>Electrical Licensing strongly preferred</li><li>In-depth knowledge of National Electrical Code, EV charging infrastructure, permitting</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills, self-motivated and demonstrated problem-solving capability.</li><li>Hands on professional with strategic vision, with previous onsite experience</li><li>Result oriented with excellent presentation skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with good reporting skills</li><li>Ability to communicate proficiently in French and English</li><li>Driving License required</li><li>Location: Paris</li></ul></div></div>
