<p>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our organization's HSE standards, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian and international standards</li><li>Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures</li><li>Design and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs for employees at all levels of the organization</li><li>Manage and maintain environmental management systems, including waste management and sustainability initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with management to establish and track key HSE performance indicators</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)</li><li>Stay up-to-date with changes in HSE regulations and best practices, adapting company policies accordingly</li><li>Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company during HSE inspections and audits</li><li>Prepare and present HSE reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and celebrating successes</li></ul>
