The internship will focus on providing a valuable learning experience while supporting the team in various initiatives. You will have the opportunity to learn about Business Control processes at SNV as part of the BC team (9 FTEs), and the broader Global Finance team (approx. 22 FTEs) in The Hague.   The Global BC team helps SNV achieve sustainable break-even by: <ul><li>Providing quality, evidence-based financial analysis at all levels. </li></ul><ul><li>Streamlining planning, reporting, and control with effective tools and systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Delivering financial insights for sound decision-making. </li></ul><ul><li>Managing project portfolio oversight and financial planning cycles. </li></ul><ul><li>Identifying risks and tracking performance issues. </li></ul><ul><li>Offering ongoing analysis and feedback to strengthen organisational financial performance. </li></ul>This internship offers a unique chance to:  <ul><li>Gain experience in the development sector by working on real-world tasks and projects.  </li></ul><ul><li>Receive mentorship from experienced professionals in a dynamic team environment.  </li></ul><ul><li>Develop skills in analysis, communication, and international collaboration.  </li></ul><ul><li>A chance to contribute to impactful work that makes a difference.  </li></ul>Your tasks and activities will align with your specific learning objectives, ensuring a meaningful and enriching experience.
