We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent – want to join the ride? Responsibilities:<ol><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Support and review the mechanical / electromechanical design of energy storage products, including:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha;"><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;"> Completing and optimizing welded steel structural designs using design software based on system architecture integration requirements</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Designing cable and conduit routing for electrical systems and selecting and specifying associated components (must have understanding of electrical conduits and cabling systems)</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Desiging and populating electrical enclosures (including modeling devices on backpanels)</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Providing designs for coolant piping routing and pipe supporting (must have understanding of piping system components)</li></ol></li></ol><ol><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Assist in conducting structural mechanics simulations to optimize structural performance.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Facilitate design reviews for energy storage systems, ensuring cost-effective and manufacturable solutions.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Involved in the analysis and provides advice on critical issues during prototype &amp; production stage.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Perform other assigned tasks.</li></ol> Qualifications:<ol><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Bachelor’s in science of mechanical engineering or a related field.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">5+ years of experience in mechanical structural design of energy systems equipment, proficient in PTC Creo design software  and capable of performing load calculations or basic mechanical simulations by hand.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Prior experience (3+ years) in sheet metal engineering, structural steel, and welding for medium-to-large products</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Prior experience with electromechanical design (cabling/conduit systems, electrical enclosures)</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Candidates with 3+ years of experience in design for large-scale containerized ESS and applicable industry standards will be prioritized.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Proficient in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).</li></ol> Why you and us We have an amazing team and a clear purpose to exist.
