You’ll be responsible for:<ul><li>Planning &amp; Execution: Organize and carry out preventive, corrective, and project-based maintenance from start to finish.</li><li>Scoping &amp; Reporting: Investigate and define maintenance needs and document findings clearly.</li><li>Complex Maintenance: Tackle critical and technically demanding tasks with precision.</li><li>Safety &amp; Permits: Apply for work permits and conduct task-specific risk analyses.</li><li>Shutdown Support: Contribute to shutdown planning and execution.</li><li>Contractor Coordination: Select and manage E&amp;I contractors.</li><li>Data &amp; Inventory Management: Maintain technical data, link specifications, and monitor stock levels.</li><li>Team Supervision: Guide and support technicians at levels 3, 4, and 5.</li><li>Project Oversight: Manage contractors during shutdowns and small-scale projects.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Ensure E&amp;I-specific safety systems are in place and up to date.</li></ul>Note: Some tasks may require working at heights or in hard-to-reach areas.🎯 What you will bring<ul><li>Technical Expertise: Strong specialization in electrical (75% focus on this) and instrumentation maintenance.</li><li>Education: MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in a relevant technical field.</li><li>Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role.</li><li>Language Skills: Dutch fluency is preferred, but not required.</li><li>Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with EHS procedures (e.g. suffocation, acid, hydrogen gases) is a plus.  </li></ul>📌 Additional Requirements<ul><li>Willingness to work occasional overtime.</li><li>Available for breakdown service once every 6–7 weeks.</li><li>Open to occasional travel to other Air Products sites across Europe.</li><li>Willing to follow internal and external training (e.g. electrical switching authority, VCA full, NEN3140, flange fitting).  </li></ul>🌱 What we offerAt Air Products, we’re committed to supporting your growth—professionally and personally.
