You will support onboarding and training of sales staff, provide tools, resources, and best practices to enhance productivity, and coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution.5. You will analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity, provide actionable insights to inform strategy and decision-making.6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.7. You hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.2. Understanding the BU Service, the business, industry and products, market and infrastructure.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and BI platforms.5. Experience working in a regional or multi-market environment, driving change into the global and local organizations, processes and applications standardization.6. Excellent communication and project management abilities in English, primarily.7. Hard work ahead and Change Management within the new Leading Operating Model.8. Virtual Leadership role and Dealing with demand-supply complexity across the LSU, Balancing different priorities within the LSU.9.
