Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Achieve the specified order intake, profitability and growth targets in Heating &amp; Refrigeration equipment</li><li>Sales of new machines to existing and new customers</li><li>Market observation and development with the business lines</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities</li><li>Consulting and technical quotation preparation</li><li>Design P&amp;ID of the system.</li><li>Systematic identification and development of market and customer potential</li><li>Documentation and reporting on sales activities</li><li>Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and identify and acquire new customers.</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets</li><li>Forecast sales, set sales quotas, and develop sales plans.</li><li>Negotiating tender and contract terms ensure closure of contract by understanding the terms and conditions that are best fit to market and as per the GEA guidelines</li><li>Liaising with other team members of the sales team and technical experts. Be a key member in solving client problems.</li><li>Use CRM tools to enhance sales, achieve maximum on lead conversion, and follow up.</li><li>Other tasks assigned by Line Manager</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Experience of min. 5 working years, incl background of Design Engineering and Sales Management</li><li>Prior experience in area of Heating &amp; Refrigeration Equipment</li><li>Experience in negotiations with the clients</li><li>Good computer skills - Microsoft Office applications, SAP/Axapta and CRM systems</li><li>Good working level of English &amp; Vietnamese - speaking and writing</li><li>Emphatic with strong customer focus</li><li>Service oriented, patient, and a team player</li><li>Safety conscious and of good moral character</li><li>Strongly self-motivated for personal responsibility, working for solution &amp; overcoming difficulties; highly organized and able to work independently, having strong team work mind and skills</li><li>Ready to travel and work off-hours</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
