This role is embedded within a fast-paced environment and plays a key part in ensuring governance, coordination, and delivery discipline across Technology. A team player is required for this varied role, somebody who builds strong working relationships within Technology and across departments. Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the Technology Leadership Team and Business Manager with BAU responsibilities.</li><li>Provide analysis and assistance with ad-hoc requests required for effective running of the Technology function.</li><li>Collate meeting materials, capture key outputs and ensure completion of actions in a timely manner.</li><li>Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring they are accurate and complete.</li><li>Updating and improving existing business processes to help drive efficiencies.</li><li>Act as primary point of contact for the Technology function for queries and information</li><li>Cost Management - Work closely with budget holders to acquire an understanding of allocated projects and business area, enabling challenge and quality assurance when reviewing deal approval requests.</li><li>Tracking - external resource management, mandatory training etc</li></ul>Experience / CompetencesEssential<ul><li>Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Proactive - takes ownership / accountability of tasks and drives them to completion</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing stakeholders across seniority levels and functions</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook etc)</li><li>Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability</li><li>Innovative approach - flexible and willingness to learn new skills</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Experience with data analysis and reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI)</li><li>Experience in a support role within financial services.</li></ul>#LI-Hybrid #LI-ENT #NIJobs</div>Not The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
