Teledyne Microwave Solutions invests heavily in research and development to maintain the ability to offer the world’s most advanced MW/RF capabilities for current and emerging challenges.Teledyne Microwave Solutions is looking for a Manufacturing Technician for Day shift.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Have experience in chem-film (alodyne) process on metal surfaces</li><li>Have experience with conformal coating on PCB, solvent tests.</li><li>Analyzes indicated and calculated test results in relation to process</li><li>Able to work with chemicals and cleaning agents.</li><li>Able to work with microscope, variable handheld tools, fixtures.</li><li>Able to read and review work instructions and drawings to ascertain test specifications, procedures, nature of technical problem, substitution of material or parts</li><li>Sets up and conducts tests of complete units and components under operational, environmental and life conditions to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production model</li><li>Records test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for changes in product or procedures.</li></ul>Education and/or ExperienceVocational or Technical Certificate in related field and at a minimum of 5-10 years of directly related experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Other Skills and Abilities<ul><li>Basic Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100</li><li>Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen</li><li>Knowledge of specific software (design, analysis, ERP…)</li><li>Knowledge to utilize manufacturing test, development or diagnostic equipment such as but not limited to oscilloscopes, voltmeters, spectrum analyzers. </li></ul>Other Qualifications<ul><li>US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.</li></ul>**$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS**<ul></ul>  Salary Range: $42,800.00-$57,100.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
