Looks beyond exisiting methodologies and their own discipline to define and resolve highly complex problems. Working with the engineering management, outline the development needs of higher performing Engineers in the Engineering Department and mentor them for further development within the CompanySignificantly contributes to the development of the innovative products and processes.<h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>10+ years of practical engineering experience preferably in the Energy Sector.  </li><li>BSME or equivalent required.  Master’s degree, Professional or Chartered Engineering Licensed preferred.</li><li>Highly Knowledgeable of Connector’s group products and services is preferred.</li><li>Regarded as global technical resource and/or as unique, technical go-to person within a broader organizational unit</li><li>Working knowledge of various industry codes, including ASME Sec VIII and API preferred</li><li>Strong analytical abilities.
