The role of Junior Operations Analyst, Energy Sourcing requires professionalism and enthusiasm to ensure success. Candidates need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and good computer literacy. The role requires someone who is hardworking and self-motivated with the confidence and ambition to deliver success to both themselves and the group.</span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Data collection from various data sources such as supplier portals and grid operators</li><li>To cleanse, store and organize data in accordance to prescribed manner</li><li>Prepare and send out Invitation to Tender Request (ITT/RFQ) for fix and flex procurement to suppliers</li><li>Prepare termination letters and track termination process for clients</li><li>Monitor the response on the tender, chase suppliers and send additional information requests if needed to suppliers and other relevant parties</li><li>Fix and flex price offer/agreement analysis and populate the Price Comparison Analysis</li><li>Presenting the Price Comparison Analysis in a meeting with client and CRM/coordinator</li><li>Finalizing the tender (lock-in, countersigning, sending to client/CRM/RM, live confirmation)</li><li>Processing contract data in our data base and create/update site lists</li><li>Dealing with incoming external and internal enquiries (Customer Service) and communicating via phone and e-mail with suppliers / DNO’s and other relevant parties to resolve queries.</li><li>Researching the market and creating country presentations. Market intelligence / non-commodity research</li><li>Train new colleagues for fix and flex procurement and support with internal improvements.</li><li>Supports the Senior Operations Analyst with all above responsibilities and other requests</li></ul><h3>Experience and Skills</h3><ul><li>Excellent verbal / written communication skills in English and German language</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers</li><li>Organized</li><li>Keen eye for detail</li><li>Problem solver</li><li>Proactive and hard working</li><li>Accountable</li><li>Flexible and self-motivated</li><li>Able to work in a team and individually in a dynamic environment</li><li>Acts with integrity</li><li>Able to present the results in a client meeting – Desirable</li><li>Able to train and transfer knowledge to others – Desirable</li><li>Market research – Desirable</li><li>Delivery-focused – Desirable</li></ul><br><div>#LI-MS1</div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">Trio is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
