We’re excited to have the opportunity to speak with you during this process.  Our mission To deepen the understanding of our changing planet and inspire meaningful action.  The role We’re looking for a high impact Leadership &amp; Performance Coach with experience working in fast-paced start-ups and scale ups, (Series A-C), to play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth and effectiveness of our management and leadership team at Climate X. In this role, you’ll work directly with our people managers to strengthen decision-making, drive clarity, and consistently raise the performance bar in line with our organizational standards. You’ll identify development gaps, design targeted training opportunities, and coach leaders to navigate difficult conversations, act with confidence, and forster stronger team alignment.
