You guide the commercial team through its strategic and commercial-operational transition, from a hardware-focused company to a solutions and services provider. You directly lead a team of 4 Regional Sales Managers who manage local sales teams with a regional or industry focus, and 1 Sales Operations Manager. You are a member of the Management Team and report directly to the CEO.  Responsibilities Commercial strategy &amp; regional execution <ul><li>You define the overall commercial strategy and ensure its successful implementation and adaptation in local markets. </li></ul><ul><li>You make well-supported decisions (criteria for local presence, regional or country-specific approaches, team composition, etc.), set the direction and make choices, maintain focus and critically evaluate results. This way, you ensure all regions are successful and profitable. </li></ul> International sales management &amp; commercial expansion <ul><li>You drive growth in countries where Smappee is already active, including Belgium, France, the Netherlands, the Nordics, the DACH region, Australia, New Zealand, the US, South-Africa and the APAC region. </li></ul><ul><li>You lead a team of 7 direct reports (4 Regional Sales Managers, 1 Sales Operations Manager and 2 senior sales professionals) and oversee a commercial organisation of 30 people in total. </li></ul><ul><li>You provide guidance and set up clear commercial processes.
