You will also create training materials and provide training to the key users. Key responsibilities <ul><li>Support key users and end users </li></ul>o   Resolve functional issues o   Answering questions o   Escalate issues to AMS partners and vendors, follow-up on resolution o   Key user training on specific topics <ul><li>User administration and authorization management </li></ul>o   Onboard and offboard users in the applications o   Resolve authorization requests o   Implement changes to the authorization setup (business roles) <ul><li>Change requests </li></ul>o   Identify potential system improvements proactively o   Capture business requirements and assess feasibility o   Functional configuration and testing o   Follow-up on CRs implemented by AMS partner <ul><li>Create and update documentation (design, training materials,…) </li></ul><ul><li>Participate in projects related to the ERP landscape (analysis, testing, data migration,...) </li></ul><ul><li>System administration and monitoring </li></ul>To be successful in the role you will bring: <ul><li>At least 2 years of professional experience in a functional analyst or IT support role related to ERP systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a must.  </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with SuccessFactors is a big plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with financial accounting in an ERP system is a big plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong motivation to support end users on day-to-day issues, requests and questions. </li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on and analytical approach in solving problems. </li></ul><ul><li>Able to identify and implement system improvements (change requests). </li></ul><ul><li>Able to work structurally using IT service management tools. </li></ul><ul><li>Good communication skills and diplomatic attitude towards end users, AMS partners and software vendors. </li></ul><ul><li>You are fluent in working and drafting in English. </li></ul> What you can expect from us: Working at JERA Nex bp means being part of a global leader in offshore wind, where innovation, collaboration, and sustainability drive everything we do.
