About the roleAs a Technical Program Associate at Encamp, you'll be at the forefront of customer support and compliance reporting. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple tasks while serving as the vital link between our customers and our technology. Your work will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our operations.
