What you’ll be doing <ul><li>Be our representative for US-specific marketing and communications. Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure that OKRs and marketing plans are achieved. </li><li>Support conference and field marketing activities, including logistics, material preparation, and coordination with the US sales team. </li><li>Develop co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners and customers in our target markets, including wildfire agencies, carbon credits, insurance, and more. </li><li>Brainstorm and execute case studies, testimonials, and sales enablement materials tailored to a US customer's needs. </li><li>Suggest impactful optimizations and recommendations to US digital marketing campaigns. </li><li>Join the global marketing team in adapting brand messaging for American audiences. </li><li>Coordinate with vendors to supply necessary marketing materials and services for the US office. </li><li>Organize and report on marketing campaigns and initiatives for the region. </li><li>Format existing sales and marketing materials as needed. </li></ul> Relevant Skills <ul><li>3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology, aerospace, or disaster management. </li><li>A degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. </li><li>Native English speaker; Spanish is a huge plus. </li><li>You are proficient in all common office programs and know the basics of design-related programs like Adobe Creative Cloud.</li><li>Strong skills in storytelling, especially in turning complex technology into relatable benefits. </li><li>You have a high degree of independence, are full of creativity, and like to work in a result- and solution-oriented manner.</li><li>A knowledge of or desire to learn more about wildfire culture, technology, and science.</li><li>Deep project management and coordination skills, with a collaborative spirit. </li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally between time zones while communicating between different cultures. </li><li>Cool as a cucumber under pressure.
