Role Overview:We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Strategic Project Manager to lead the implementation of transformational projects arising from a comprehensive internal IT ecosystem review. This role is pivotal in driving change across the organisation’s digital infrastructure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Leadership &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.</li><li>Translate strategic IT review outcomes into actionable project plans with clear milestones and KPIs.</li></ul></li><li>Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including deal and investment teams, ESG, operations, and executive leadership.</li><li>Manage relationships with external consultancies, technology vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.</li></ul></li><li>Governance &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, including risk registers, change control, and reporting mechanisms.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.</li></ul></li><li>Communication &amp; Change Enablement<ul><li>Drive stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives to support adoption of new systems and processes.</li><li>Provide regular updates to senior leadership and project sponsors on progress, risks, and outcomes.</li></ul></li></ul> Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Degree in business, computer science, Engineering, or related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering IT transformation or digital change programmes.</li><li>Experience with solutions around Information Management (e.g. SharePoint), CRM, Deal pipeline (e.g. Deal Cloud), portfolio mgmt. (e.g. iLEVEL)., and other Asset Manager / AIFM related technologies</li><li>Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with external consultancies and third-party vendors.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).</li></ul> Soft Skills<ul><li>Self-driven, proactive, and delivery-focused, with high integrity and discretion.</li></ul><ul><li>Problem Solver and Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Manage and Influence stakeholders and drive decision-making at all organizational levels</li><li>Systematically organize stakeholders, activities, timeframes and priorities</li><li>Situational Awareness and effective product and market orientation</li><li>Effective communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams</li><li>Ability to manage projects balancing long-term goals with day-to-day execution</li><li>Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul> Desirable Qualifications:<ul><li>Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).</li><li>Experience in regulated industries or organisations undergoing digital transformation.</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.</li></ul> </div></div>
