We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><p>Your mission as a Business Development Manager at Einride will be to spearhead our ambitious expansion in the GCC, with a primary focus on the UAE and KSA.</p><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Achieve ambitious commercial growth targets for new business within the GCC, focusing on the UAE and KSA.</li><li>Strategically build and manage a robust sales pipeline, proactively identifying and pursuing new commercial ventures.</li><li>Define and execute a compelling go-to-market strategy for prioritized verticals and strategic accounts, engaging senior executive leadership.</li><li>Expertly negotiate and own the complete sales lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification and solution development through successful deployment.</li><li>Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including Product, Operations, and Deployment.</li></ul><h3>We expect you to</h3><p>Have a proven track record in complex B2B sales and bring your expertise in the GCC market, particularly UAE or KSA, to drive new customer acquisition and build strong client relationships.</p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, including 2+ years in new customer acquisition within UAE or KSA.</li><li>Sales experience in supply chain/operations, retail, consumer goods, transportation, or industrial goods.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen, self-motivation, excellent executive-level engagement, negotiation, and a history of exceeding targets.</li><li>Exceptional English communication (Arabic proficiency is a significant plus).</li></ul><p>This is a full-time position based in Dubai.
