This position will serve specifically as the Deputy Project Manager – Delivery for a major healthcare infrastructure program in Peru, which includes the construction of up to three hospitals. Certification preferred.</li><li>Manages more complex projects that tend to be larger in scope and dollar, thereby increasing the potential for larger change orders and consequences of error.</li><li>May act independently as the IE representative with consulting firms and ensures that the final product reflects the original scope and budget requirements.</li><li>Increasing responsibility for leadership of direct reports.</li><li>Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.</li><li>Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.</li><li>Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.</li><li>Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.</li><li>Applies in-depth knowledge of all aspects of field of expertise, along with interpersonal and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Drives execution of tactical business plans with direction from a region business line leader for growth and profitability of regional business line, implementation and execution of global business line strategy and programs.</li><li>Support in-country business line business development activities, in-country client management for business line.</li></ul>
