The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations while promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs for the sewage treatment plant</li><li>Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations for prevention</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards applicable to sewage treatment operations</li><li>Deliver HSE training programs to employees and contractors, promoting safety awareness and best practices</li><li>Monitor and evaluate environmental impacts of plant operations, recommending improvements to minimize negative effects</li><li>Collaborate with management and operations teams to integrate HSE considerations into daily activities and long-term planning</li><li>Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Stay updated on emerging HSE trends, technologies, and regulations in the water treatment industry</li></ul>
