The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management, a strong understanding of regulatory and information security challenges, and the ability to align project execution with strategic goals.As our Senior Lead Project Manager, you will:<ul><li>Work with the Head of department in defining and driving key initiatives that support Ramboll’s Data and Information Security strategy.</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate cross-organizational efforts to strengthen our Global Data and information security capabilities.</li><li>Ensure that projects deliver measurable outcomes aligned with our vision and mission.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor and change agent, fostering collaboration across business units and geographies.</li></ul>Success in this role requires documented experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally within the cyber and information security space, and familiarity with recognized security and project management frameworks.You will work in close cooperation with our Global Data and Information Security teamsAs our Senior lead project Manager, you will be working with a team of skilled security professionals and consultants, assigned the task of coordinating and managing Ramboll’s Global Data and information security initiatives and projects. You will be based in Ramboll Headquarters in Copenhagen and report directly to the Head of Information Security Strategy and Projects Office, based in Copenhagen as well.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:1. Scope management – to maintain focus on the objectives and outcomes that have been agreed.2. Stakeholder engagement - to ensure that relevant stakeholders are appropriately engaged and communicated with.3. Governance framework - to ensure that there is executive sponsorship and support, direction setting and points of escalation for decision making with appropriate reporting and document control arrangements set out and implemented.4. Benefit realization - to have processes in place to identify and track benefits to inform decision making.5. Risk and issue management - to implement measures for effective identification and management of risks and issues, including forward planning and means to escalate issues for effective and timely decision making.6. Planning and scheduling - to provide visibility and control and minimize the occurrence of missed deadlines, including recording planning assumptions and managing dependencies.7. Quality management - to implement arrangements to manage quality of project deliverables.8. Change control - to manage planned and unplanned changes. ensuring the impact of proposed changes are assessed and agreed prior to being implemented.9. Supplier management - to integrate suppliers project structure and governance arrangements.10. Resource management - to plan for appropriate resources to be deployed and rolled off the project, balancing the business and project needs.11. Assurance and learning - to implement arrangements for internal or external assurance and to gather lessons learned to feed into ongoing learning for the department and business.About youFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point could be:<ul><li>Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or similar and have minimum 8 years of working experience in an international environment, preferably in data or information security areas.</li><li>Several years of experience in managing complex projects and large change initiatives.</li><li>Experience with management of suppliers and sub-contractors during all project phases incl. management of RFIs, RFPs and contract negotiation is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of processes involved in implementation of governance processes and foundational knowledge within the Information Security is desirable.</li><li>Experience with driving organizational change, communication and roll-out activities in a global enterprise.</li><li>Experience in process implementation and optimization.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) in English.
