Together with our customers and partners, we are powering the food system of the future.Position SummaryAs our Service Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing excellent customer service plus logistical support to internal and external customers. In this role you serve a key function within the Service department, ensuring smooth execution of internal tasks and proactive, as well as responsive, customer communications.Specifically, the Service Coordinator will:<ul><li>Work to ensure that we are delivering an excellent customer experience through safe operations, proactive communications, and timely issue resolution.</li><li>Be the primary point of contact for assigned Service customers, responding timely and professionally to customer requests.</li><li>Proactively reach out to customers with updates and requests.</li><li>Coordinate daily operational activities via the Field Service management platform, including<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>customer notifications and followups</li><li>dispatch/scheduling</li><li>working directly with the field-based team on access issues and material/equipment inventory, and RMA processing</li><li>work directly with procurement on purchasing</li></ul></li><li>Review and deliver performance and maintenance reports for customers.</li><li>Support finance team invoicing and billing as necessary.</li><li>Assist with sales prospecting, proposal generation, and service estimates.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments as necessary</li><li>Other duties as may be required or assigned</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: <div><h2 style="margin-left:28px;">Required</h2><ul><li>Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience in a coordinator role</li><li>Excellent mental and physical organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in current version of Microsoft Office 365 products</li><li>Excellent verbal and writing proficiency in English</li><li>Experience writing/editing technical documentation in English</li><li>Must be comfortable communicating regularly with customers and vendors</li><li>Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.</li><li>Ability to proactively build new processes or find ways to improve upon existing processes and procedures.</li><li>Must be able to deliver accurate results on schedule.</li><li>Must be comfortable raising issues and potential solutions to functional managers quickly for resolution.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) and/or Salesforce</li><li>Experience in construction, renewable energy or other power generation systems.</li><li>Experience within agricultural sectors.</li></ul>Supervisory Responsibility:None. </div>
